In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and does not store any of your data through the website itself. We only receive the data you send us when you contact us.
Contact via WhatsApp, email or phone
The contact form does not send anything through our website. It only prepares a message in WhatsApp or your own email program, which you send yourself. When you contact us, we use your name, phone number or email address, your message and any vehicle details only to answer your question and to handle the sale, import or export. We keep this data no longer than necessary or than the law requires. For WhatsApp messages, the WhatsApp (Meta) privacy policy also applies.
Data for a sale or export
To arrange export plates, export documents and insurance we need details such as your name, address, ID and the vehicle details. We only use them for that purpose and only share them where required, for example with the RDW (Dutch vehicle authority), the tax authorities and the insurer.
Hosting and server logs
Our website is hosted by a hosting provider. As with almost any website, the server records technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. This is needed to keep the website secure and working and is not used to track you.
Fonts
All fonts and icons are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or other providers.
YouTube videos
Some pages include a YouTube video. It only loads when you click play, via youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment the Google/YouTube privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its use. Email contact@50m.nl. You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
